ePaystub Program Overview

Why is Kelly putting our paystubs online?

Online paystubs allow you the convenience of accessing your pay data when and wherever you choose, instead of relying on the mail and personal recordkeeping.

Kelly is taking a step toward “going green” – eliminating paper documents and the energy it takes to create and deliver them each year.

How secure is the Kelly ePaystub?

The ePaystub is much more secure than a paper paystub; no paper to be mailed, lost in your desk or car, saved in a drawer or shredded. Only you will know your password. We encrypt all data transmissions using strong industry security standards.

What information will be on the ePaystub?

You will see the same information that you currently see on your paper paystub. The ePaystub will be formatted to print on a standard 8.5 X 11 letter-sized page. If you normally receive a time card with your paystub, it will be available to print as a second page.

    Can I view past paystubs?

The site will store ePaystubs for up to 16 months. As payrolls are processed, the history will build; but no records prior to enrollment will be available on the site.

When will my current ePaystub be available?

Upon enrollment into the Kelly Electronic Earnings Documents System, your ePaystub will become available on Thursday (in most cases) 7 to 10 business days after enrollment. If you selected notification options, you will receive the notification as soon as your Kelly ePaystub is available. You need to be enrolled in direct deposit and have received at least one paper paystub.

What if I don’t have direct deposit?

Kelly’s standard method of pay is by direct deposit. The Kelly ePaystub site is only eligible to employees paid by direct deposit. Employees paid by cheque will receive their cheque in the mail to their last known home address. If you’d like to enrol in direct deposit, contact the Payroll Support Hotline at 1-866-KELLY-4U.

How do I get a time card?

If you submit a paper time document each week, go to page 2 of the ePaystub to find and print a time card. Be certain to use a new time card for each position and print a new time card each week. Making multiple copies from one week to reuse could result in delays in receiving your pay.
